"Pretty good value, honestly"
I ordered a few cake bits because I didn’t really have time to run around the shops near me, and the prices here were definitely better. The quality was decent too, so I can’t complain. For what I paid, I’m happy with it.

"Looked better online than in person"
I ordered a few cake toppers and some colouring for a cake I was making, and I was excited when the package arrived. Delivery itself was totally fine, no issues there. But when I opened everything up, the toppers were a bit disappointing. They felt quite cheap, and one of them was already bent while still in the pack, which wasn’t a great start. The colouring was okay, but I was expecting it to be a lot stronger and more vibrant than it turned out to be. In the end, I managed to make things work, but the overall quality just wasn’t what I’d hoped for.

I wasn’t expecting them to have that much stuff. There were boards, boxes, colours, tools, pretty much everything I’d been trying to hunt down. I’d already wasted time looking locally and couldn’t find half of it, so it was a relief to finally spot a few things here. Site was easy enough to browse too, which is more than I can say for some places.

"Customer service actually sorted it out"
I had this small issue that was starting to annoy me, because you know how these things usually turn into a whole back-and-forth mess. But to be fair, they replied really quickly and got it fixed without making it a bigger deal than it needed to be. No hassle, no dragging it out, just sorted.
